The publication guidelines of the DGÜD set the standards for publications
in the Yearbook Series, which has been very positively reviewed.
They need to be carefully observed. Publication is subject to observation

9. EU Financial
Support
Financial support from the European Community is available
for selected young researchers and post-graduate students to enable
them to attend Euroconferences. Support includes parts of the participation
fees, travel costs and accommodation in Aarhus.
Financial support is subject to the following conditions:
Nationality:
European Union or Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary,
Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia; Iceland, Liechtenstein,
Norway, Switzerland. Support cannot be approved for more than one third
of participants who are of the same nationality or work in the same
country.
Age:
35 years or under
Travel:
Only the cheapest economy class air fare, second class train fare or
bus fare can be reimbursed. Travel costs must be documented by travel
tickets. Private car costs, hire car, taxi fares, local travel in the
city are not refundable.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is funded from Wednesday evening to Saturday morning.
